The Florida Agency for Health Care Administration shares data on violations and fines given to Assisted Living Facilities. In addition to fines, the AHCA can stop ALFs from admitting new residents; in early July 2022 the AHCA issued an "immediate moratorium on admissions" to the Plaza at Parksquare in Aventura, FL. The order came after an inspection found potential abuse and neglect of three residents.
